Job Summary
We are looking for a RevOps System Manager to lead the systems, processes, and data that underpin our go-to-market organisation.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with broader GTM systems, Sales Operations, and process improvement experience. You’ll play a central role in helping our commercial teams scale effectively by ensuring the tools they rely on are well designed, well governed, and aligned to the needs of the business.
You’ll own and improve core workflows across the full GTM lifecycle, from lead management and scoring through to pipeline visibility, quoting, renewals, retention, and churn reporting. Along the way, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and Operations to turn business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving process, and bringing structure to complexity. You should be comfortable operating across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day support, managing competing priorities, and using systems, automation, and data to drive better outcomes across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including configuration, user management, permissions, reporting, dashboards, and data quality
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and other automations that support scalable commercial processes
- Improve core RevOps and Sales Operations workflows across lead routing, lead scoring, pipeline management, quoting, renewals, retention, and churn visibility
- Manage and optimise integrations across the wider GTM systems landscape
- Resolve system, sync, access, automation, and data issues with a focus on root cause and long-term improvement
- Deliver reporting and operational insight that support better decision-making across the business
- Strengthen data governance, process consistency, documentation, and user adoption
- Translate business requirements into scalable systems and process improvements across the GTM tech stack
- Partner with Finance and Data teams on reporting logic, ARR calculations, billing-related questions, and metric definitions where systems and data intersect
- Manage vendor relationships across the GTM tech stack, including tooling evaluations, renewals, and ongoing optimisation
- Assess and improve the use of AI-enabled tools and workflows to drive efficiency and business value
- Manage a small team, supporting prioritisation, execution, and development
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Systems, or Salesforce Administration in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration capability, including confidence building and managing Salesforce Flows
- Experience improving top-of-funnel operations, lead management, lead scoring, CPQ, CRM hygiene, and GTM process design
- Experience either implementing a CPQ solution or working hands-on with an existing CPQ setup
- Familiarity with a broader GTM tech stack such as LeanData, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Chorus, DocuSign, Lusha, ChurnZero, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into practical system solutions
- Comfortable working with SaaS commercial metrics, including ARR, revenue reporting, and related calculations
- Experience partnering directly with Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders on commercial process, reporting, or billing-related requirements
- Ability to balance strategic project work with day-to-day operational support
- Previous people management experience is helpful, but not essential
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up is strongly preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required
