Job Summary 

This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to team with others within the company. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations by working closely with sales, finance, partners, legal, and other internal stakeholders. We’re looking for a team player that can execute within the current system while simultaneously rolling out improvements to it. You’ll be involved across revenue operations data management projects, ad hoc request support, and sales process management. You’ll become well acquainted with internal system architecture so that you can manage bulk data uploads, SFDC updates and adjustments, and integration support. We are seeking someone with a proactive approach and ability to identify areas for improvement that will contribute to enhancing our sales operations efficiency. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and jumping into support high-value/priority projects as needed.

Proficiency as a Salesforce Administrator, including SFDC Admin Certification, is essential. This role also requires the necessary skills to enhance the Salesforce CRM in collaboration with the Business Analyst leader. Furthermore, you will support the sales team and sales managers to ensure they have visibility of all sales KPIs and their performance against the reporting metrics using SFDC. Additionally, you will support the management and improvement of the quote-to-cash processes. This involves supporting and bettering our quote generation systems, price-list tables, contract review process, and order management flow. You will collaborate with internal teams to review and approve nonstandard sales quotes, orders, and contract renewals, while also ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the sales team and sales managers to ensure visibility of all sales KPIs and performance metrics using SFDC.
  • Utilize Salesforce expertise to generate reports and insights that inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to optimize the sales funnel and market penetration strategies.
  • Support the enhancement of sales cycles and CRM to streamline processes and improve reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc revenue operations requests, bug fixes, quote challenges, and more.
  • Maintain and update territory files, audit logs, de-duplication workflows, and other system management tasks.
  • Participate in driving process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Assist sales representatives in completing quotes and provide necessary training as required.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to address non-compliant orders and provide clear solutions for order issue resolution.
  • Manage price books and communicate SKUs to resellers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales leadership to develop standard contracting terms and templated legal amendments for standard quotes.
  • Manage and orchestrate the legal queue, guaranteeing timely signing of standard contracts and liaising with sales leaders on standard and non-standard red-line requests.
  • Take ownership of the revenue operations handbook and develop revenue-related training materials.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the revenue operations team by providing support and assistance with various tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of the GTM organization.

Job Requirements 

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (SFDC back-end skills and Salesforce Admin Certification are required).
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Contracts Management is a plus.
  • Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting margin analyses to optimize revenue generation.
  • Familiarity with partner/reseller and direct sales go-to-market models is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and standard technologies utilized by enterprise software providers is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • The ability to confidently lead discussions with sales representatives and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships across different functions within the organization.
