Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment that requires someone who has strong analytical instincts, is comfortable with change, and has the ability to translate data into actionable insights for our sales teams. We're seeking a proactive Revenue Operations Analyst to own the health of our new logo acquisition and expansion pipeline, from lead creation and whitespace identification through pipeline-to-close, across both our direct and partner ecosystem.
In this role, you'll be the person who can tell the sales, marketing, and SDR leadership teams exactly how the funnel is performing, where volume is dropping off, which sources convert best, and what's either driving or dragging new logo velocity and expansion pipeline growth. You'll work daily with Sales, Marketing, SDR leadership, and Partner/Channel teams to build the reporting infrastructure and process discipline that keeps front of funnel execution sharp. This is a hands-on and high-impact role.
Proficiency using Salesforce is essential, but the focus here is on front of funnel performance and pipeline integrity, not back-office administration. You'll also support core CRM hygiene and cross-functional reporting standards in collaboration with the Business Analyst leader, ensuring the systems underneath the funnel are trustworthy enough to make decisions on.
Job Responsibilities
- Champion initiatives to optimize the new business funnel and market penetration strategies.
- Support the sales team and sales managers to ensure visibility of all sales KPIs and pipeline performance metrics using SFDC.
- Utilize Salesforce expertise to generate pipeline reports and insights that inform data-driven decision-making.
- Support the enhancement of sales cycles and CRM to streamline processes and improve pipeline reporting.
- Participate in driving new business process improvements and system upgrades.
- Maintain and update territory files, audit logs, lead routing rules, and other system management tasks.
- Assist SDRs in the inspection and management of hte lead engine
- Support sales representatives in management of their pipeline and foresee any gaps in their forecast or quota attainment and support with completing quotes and provide necessary training as required.
- Take ownership of the revenue operations handbook and develop revenue related training materials.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the revenue operations team by providing support and assistance with various tasks and initiatives aimed at growing new business performance across the GTM organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc revenue operations requests, bug fixes, pipeline questions, and more.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to address non-compliant orders and provide clear solutions for order issue resolution.
- Manage price books and communicate SKUs to resellers and distributors to support partner-sourced pipeline.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales leadership to develop standard contracting terms and templated legal amendments for standard quote
- Manage and orchestrate the legal queue, guaranteeing timely signing of standard contracts and liaising with sales leaders on standard and non-standard red-line requests.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in Sales, Operations or Sales Development.
- Familiarity with partner/reseller and direct sales go-to-market models for new business acquisition is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships across sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, marketing automation platforms, and standard technologies utilized by enterprise software providers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing pipeline challenges.
- The ability to confidently lead discussions with sales leaders, sales representatives and SDRs and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting margin analyses to optimize new business revenue generation.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce experience (SFDC back-end skills and Salesforce Admin Certification are desirable ).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to contribute to new business growth.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships across different functions within the organization.
