Job requirements
- Prior experience in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, Strategy, or a closely related role
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem or the broader IT management / IT operations / security / governance software space
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise or upper-mid-market
- Proven ability to translate complex competitive data into simple, compelling insights
Nice to have:
- Direct experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, security, compliance, or IT administration tooling
- Experience supporting Sales and Go-To-Market teams with competitive content
- Exposure to roadmap discussions or product strategy forums
Skills and mindset:
- Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clarity beats cleverness)
- Comfortable challenging assumptions with data and insights
- Able to work cross-functionally without formal authority
- Pragmatic, structured, and not allergic to ambiguity
Job responsibilities
You will own competitive intelligence end-to-end, with a strong focus on usability and impact.
You will continuously monitor competitors across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and adjacent IT management / security / governance platforms, covering products, positioning, pricing, messaging, launches, and strategic moves.
