Siguiendo nuestra expansión por Europa y la inminente apertura de nuestro centro de datos en Barcelona, buscamos Técnicos de Centro de Datos con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, serás responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de las operaciones del centro de datos, mediante el diagnóstico y reparación de hardware y redes. También participarás en rotaciones de guardia.

Funciones:

  • Mantener las operaciones del centro de datos para garantizar la disponibilidad y fiabilidad de los niveles de servicio.
  • Realizar diagnósticos y reparaciones de hardware y redes.
  • Formar y apoyar a equipos internos.
  • Desarrollar documentación.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a los equipos del centro de datos.
  • Desarrollar scripts para actualizar el hardware de servidores y redes.
  • Mantener el inventario.
  • Montar e instalar equipos.
  • Viajes ocasionales a otros centros de datos según sea necesario.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés a nivel medio - las entrevistas se llevarán a cabo en inglés.
  • Experiencia con hardware informático (montaje y troubleshooting).
  • Experiencia con el sistema operativo Linux.
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y reaccionar rápidamente a los problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno con turnos rotativos y participar en rotaciones de guardia y brindar soporte fuera de horario según sea necesario.

Experiencia deseable:

  • Hardware informático, incluida la experiencia en solución de problemas y reparación.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en centros de datos.
  • Experiencia en redes informáticas.
  • Experiencia con lenguajes de scripting como Python o Bash.
  • Experiencia con Cisco IOS y/o Juniper JunOS.
