CoreWeave is searching for a Senior Accountant, who is excited about taking on new challenges and focused on professional growth within a fast-moving company. The right candidate will have the opportunity to be part of CoreWeave’s ever-growing global accounting team and support the company’s international growth plan.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervising and managing the posting of Accounts Payable invoices, which is currently outsourced, including having regular meetings with the external service providers, dealing with any invoice/PO queries, monitoring and clearing the Accounts Payable inbox daily
  • Responsible for reviewing the VAT classification for employee expenses before they are synced into NetSuite
  • Help manage the daily accounting operations, such as reviewing the transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment and allocation of expenses
  • Prepare journal entries such as payroll, prepayments and accruals for the EMEA Controller or Accounting Manager’s review
  • Supporting the monthly closing activities in compliance with US GAAP for the EMEA entities
  • Liaising with the US Finance team on items such as providing detailed information on AP/AR entries, POs, accruals, prepayments and other items as required.
  • Assisting and providing support with the compliance filings requirements like VAT, Intrastat and the statutory financials
  • Providing support for cash flow forecasting for the EMEA entities
  • Working closely with external service providers and be a key player in helping to support, maintain and facilitate our relationship with them
  • Maintain strong collaboration with the global finance team, internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing towards the improvement of the company’s internal controls and workflows to enhance  greater accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting the EMEA Controller and Accounting Manager with ad-hoc duties and projects

 Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of general ledger experience preferred
  • Part-Qualified/Qualified Accountant/AAT (tuition support is available)
  • Experience working with external service providers
  • Exposure of working with international teams and for a fast-growing global company would be advantageous
  • NeSuite experience is a strong plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised, yet remain flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • Proactivity and the ability to foresee problems before they arise
  • Strong desire to keep learning new things in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication skills

The base pay for this position ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and competitive benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
