In a typical session:

This is a part-time, project-based position with compensation and scheduling defined per engagement. This role is for future in-person engagements. The ideal candidates will be located in Southern California.

  • Represent Correlation One’s brand with professionalism, warmth, and credibility.
  • Collaborate with program and instructional teams to internalize materials and refine delivery.
  • Capture and synthesize insights for post-session reporting and future program improvement.
  • Provide structured feedback on engagement dynamics, session design, and curriculum alignment.
  • Travel to client or regional workshop sites as needed (domestic and international).

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years in facilitation, leadership development, corporate training, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated success engaging executive and senior professional audiences.
  • Strong presence and credibility in high-stakes environments.
  • Ability to translate technical and AI-related concepts into strategic business relevance.
  • Exceptional communication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfort co-leading sessions with technical experts and senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel and flex around multi-day engagements.

Preferred

  • Experience in AI-, data-, or digital-transformation programs.
  • Background in management consulting or executive education.
  • Familiarity with adult-learning and facilitation frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise change management and leadership coaching frameworks.
  • Track record mentoring or developing other facilitators.

What We Offer

  • Competitive project-based compensation (negotiated per engagement)
  • Flexible scheduling (you are engaged per cohort or workshop; not full-time)
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge content, high-profile clients, and diverse organizations
  • Travel reimbursement
  • Supportive operations/logistics team so you can focus on delivery
