About the role:
The Career Success Coach (CSC) will play a key role in ensuring the success of learners in Correlation One’s world-class data training and jobs programs. They can confidently guide participants on how to build foundational data center technician / ops skills, navigate Japan’s evolving job market, and progress toward meaningful career outcomes.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys developing and refining program strategies—such as learner engagement tactics, career readiness resources, and employer-aligned preparation—to ensure participant success across diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Highly organized with strong program and project management skills, able to coordinate across stakeholders (learners, instructors, employers, internal teams) while keeping long-term program goals—such as job placement, learner skill mastery, and stakeholder satisfaction—front and center.
