Come Forge the Future of Machine Identity Security for Operational Systems

Where: Tysons, VA Preferred, open to remote

Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer

About Corsha:

At Corsha we're not just selling software; we're fundamentally reshaping how the most critical industrial and operational technology (OT) systems are secured. We're a cybersecurity startup in the DC area, driven by a mission to bring trust, resilience, and identity to the operational systems that power our world – from factories to power grids. We're building the future of machine identity security, and we need a tenacious federal account executive to join our front lines.

Tired of the Status Quo? Ready to Secure the Unseen? Here’s your Opportunity:

If you’re an account executive focused on the federal marketplace who thrives on helping customers solve hard problems across the OT landscape and want to be an integral part of an early, core team to drive growth of a business from the ground up, then read on.

We’re looking for a Federal Account Executive to be a key member of our Sales team. Your mission: drive revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing new federal opportunities, helping customers to solve the problems that Corsha is best equipped to solve with them.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue by identifying and closing new federal opportunities.  This includes by sourcing SBIRs and RFPs and fitting into strategic agency initiatives along with working closely with SIs, VARs and other eco-system partners to find and close Federal opportunities
  • Manage the federal sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission and contract award
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key federal stakeholders, especially within DoD and Civilian agencies
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles and internal politics with credibility and trust
  • Identify, attend, and track ROI for key federal events and conferences
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally by collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape our federal Go-to-market approach
  • Translate complex technical value propositions into mission-aligned narratives

What we need you to bring:

  • A customer-obsessed selling mindset
  • College or university degree in business, public policy, engineering or a related field
  • 7-10 years experience selling complex solutions in the federal space, most of the time in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity, network, infrastructure
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and pursue SBIRs, RFPs, CSO’s and other federal funding vehicles
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement, budget cycles, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Proven success operating in early-stage startup environments (Series A or earlier).  Embraces the challenges and excitement of early-stage growth
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.  Able to connect technical capabilities to federal mission outcomes
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • A high degree of self-awareness and humility, with a track record of collaborative problem-solving in uncertain environments
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Positive attitude, always a team player, and respect for our diverse and creative work environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience as the first or only federal sales hire at an early-stage startup and/or has successfully helped transition a company from founder-led to rep-led federal sales
  • Ability to craft compelling proposals

Why Forge your Path with Corsha?

  • Real-World Impact: Your work won't just sit on a server; it will actively defend the critical operational systems that underpin our society. This is an opportunity to make a tangible, immediate difference.
  • Bleeding Edge: Be at the forefront of securing the intersection of cybersecurity, machine identity, and OT. We're defining the future, not just following trends.
  • Growth & Ownership: Working at a startup, your contributions will directly shape our product, our culture, and our success. You'll work with incredible people that care and have impact.
