Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of enterprise-wide system implementations and transformation initiatives, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), P2P (Procure-To-Pay), and FMS (Financial Management System). You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution—ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders, managing vendors, and driving delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. This role requires a structured, governance-driven approach with strong stakeholder engagement and experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. You will be responsible for:

 Project Management and Delivery 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementations (Eg: ERP, CRM, FMS, S2P) and related transformation initiatives 
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans aligned to business priorities 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance artifacts 
  • Ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget through proactive planning and execution 
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), driving timely resolution and escalation of critical concerns 
  • Oversee integration and data migration activities, including planning, dependency management, execution, and coordination across systems and vendors 
  • Maintain highly organized and up-to-date project artifacts, including plans, RAID logs, status reports, and financial trackers to ensure full visibility and control over project execution 
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and best practices while tracking milestones and proactively managing deviations 
  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring alignment with delivery goals 
  • Ensure quality assurance across all phases—design, build, testing, and deployment 
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes to protect delivery commitments 

Stakeholder & Vendor Management 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT leadership, and project teams 
  • Build strong relationships across Business and Technology teams to ensure alignment and collaboration 
  • Coordinate internal and external resources effectively to drive delivery outcomes 
  • Provide clear and consistent project reporting, including status updates, risks, issues, and financials 
  • Facilitate governance forums including steering committees and executive reviews 
  • Manage system integrators, consultants, and third-party vendors across all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contractual commitments and expectations 
  • Monitor vendor performance and proactively escalate concerns as needed 

Business Readiness & Implementation 

Qualifications:

  • Partner with business teams to support process design, solution validation, and deployment planning 
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off readiness 
  • Collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption, training, and communication 
  • Ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization support 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management 
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise system implementations such as ERP, CRM, P2P, and FMS. 
  • Strong experience managing large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams 
  • Experience working with and managing system integrators and third-party vendors 
  • Exposure to integration and data migration planning and execution as part of enterprise system implementations 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all project artifacts and deliverables 
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models in complex delivery environments 
  • Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar 
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred 
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar) is preferred
