How You'll Contribute to the Team: 

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides operational support for Corvias Property Management, including facilitation of local communication, dissemination of company messages and campaigns, and management and maintenance of the editorial calendar and stakeholder distribution lists. This role will be accountable for curating and managing content across multiple channels while reinforcing a cohesive employee and brand identity. The position works closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure timely, coordinated, and holistic communication activities that support organizational priorities. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter with an eye for strategic content that elevates brand trust and reputation. The ability to think and operate holistically while managing multiple projects and deadlines is essential to supporting department goals.

Primary Responsibilities Include:  

  • Manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
  • Support the Corvias Property Management team disseminating company messages and campaigns to internal and external audiences.
  • Partner closely with Corvias Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment, coordination, and effective information sharing between teams.
  • Support the development and deployment of engagement strategies to build culture, including coordinating communications for community-based activities and finding opportunities to aid in driving the culture of the organization.
  • Coordinate events, collateral materials, etc. that support the goals of program objectives through stakeholder engagement, including employee volunteering.
  • Manage and maintain stakeholder distribution lists.
  • Maintain and update the department editorial calendar to support content deployment.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including writing, updating and publishing material for intranet, reinforcing a cohesive employee and employer brand identity.
  • Coordinate production of promotional materials.

Role Specific Requirements Include: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of professional communications management experience, including internal and external communications experience, preferably in government or military environments.
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to ramp up quickly with industry terms and technologies, and the business acumen to succeed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt and tailor content for diverse audiences and communication needs, aligned to modern digital communication practices.
  • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments; proven ability to be proactive while managing multiple and competing priorities and projects in a dynamic environment while being attentive to details.
  • Demonstrable proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability; willing to seek assistance/guidance when needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between teams to create value-added opportunities and work cross-functionally to build relationships at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieve results with little oversight.
  • Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude, operating well in a team environment that is focused on collaboration and accountability.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email campaign tool a plus.

Exceptional Benefits for Exceptional Team Members

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. This position is eligible for a discretionary target incentive of up to 10% of the base salary
