What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional service: Respond to residents’ maintenance requests quickly and professionally, ensuring every home stays in top condition.
Tackle diverse repairs: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
Support apartment turns: Assist with make-ready projects so new residents move into fresh, welcoming spaces.
Keep the community shining: Maintain the property’s grounds, amenities, and common areas with care and attention to detail.
Ensure safety & compliance: Follow all safety standards and building codes while maintaining an accident-free environment.
Be ready to help: Participate in the on-call rotation to support after-hours emergencies with the backing of your Service Manager and team.

What You’ll Bring

Considerable HVAC troubleshooting experience
Ability to perform physical maintenance duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, working in small spaces)
Willingness to work standard community hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus
CPO certification is a plus
Valid Driver’s License is required
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for creating great living experiences
