What You’ll Do

Lead & inspire: Set the standard for quality work, safety, and teamwork while guiding the maintenance team’s daily operations.
Develop your crew: Hire, train, and coach techs and community care associates with on-the-job and classroom learning opportunities.
Deliver exceptional service: Respond to maintenance requests promptly, ensuring residents feel cared for and heard.
Show technical expertise: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances with confidence.
Own the make-ready process: Oversee apartment turns with efficiency and precision so every new resident moves in happy.
Preserve and protect: Maintain the property’s beauty, safety, and functionality through regular inspections and upkeep.
Stay compliant: Follow all safety and building codes while maintaining an accident-free workplace.
Keep the team covered: Manage schedules and ensure reliable 24/7 emergency response coverage.

What You’ll Bring (Required)

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills
Valid Driver’s License
Proven experience leading maintenance operations in multifamily properties
A positive attitude and commitment to quality work
