POSITION PURPOSE

This position provides essential support to home office education leadership in auditing and quality assurance of educational programs, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance and education operations for assigned campuses. The position will also ensure adherence to education policy and procedures as well as supporting and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include supporting timely procurement and distribution of instructional resources and ensuring consistent adherence to established policies and procedures.

JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary education support contact for an assigned group of campuses or program areas, performing duties that directly align with education operations.
  • Provide operational support, onboarding, and mentorship to campus educational leaders, as assigned.
  • Assist with the ongoing education audit process for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support to DOEs during on site evaluations.
  • Monitor and track program evaluation requirements, including program meetings, PAC/OAC meetings, and program surveys.
  • Order textbooks and instructional resources, performing regular audits and inventory control.
  • Coordinate device procurement and distribution.
  • Escalate equipment, booklist, or resource issues to supervisor, as needed.
  • Provide support during the program evaluation process, including monitoring quarterly program meetings, evaluating program surveys, and overseeing PAC/OAC meetings.
  • Distribute the end of block student survey.
  • Perform education schedule audits to ensure program hours are met.
  • Serve as a home office point of contact for campus-level education staff, routing inquiries and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Assist with maintaining Education SharePoint documents.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director.

Qualifications

Education  

  • Must possess minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

Experience/Skills 

  • Minimum 7-10 years of education leadership experience in an accredited, post-secondary school system. 
  • Knowledge of education related regulatory compliance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.

Education Manager

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and can multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism
  • Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including,  but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. CampusNexus experience but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. CampusNexus experience a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts, including evenings and/or weekends as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and/or overnight for business purposes.

 

Schedule 

  • Typically Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm (Some travel up to 50% may be required to visit our campuses across the country and facilitate trainings on site with instructional staff)

Work Environment 

  • Office and classroom environment, with some exposure to outside elements
