We are looking for a talented content marketing professional to create dynamic, engaging content that showcases our B2B technology solutions. In this role, you will develop, execute, and refine a comprehensive content strategy designed to drive audience engagement and fuel business growth. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, communicator, and project manager who can craft impactful content tailored to the needs of our key technical audiences.

As the leader of our content strategy, you will oversee the development of webcasts, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and analyst reports, ensuring they align seamlessly with marketing goals, messaging frameworks and lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools, and a results-oriented, experimental mindset. This role requires versatility across various content formats, including short, mid, and long-form.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Content Marketing Strategy 
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, aligned to business goals, driving engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create content that drives pipeline growth, while supporting both the developer and buyer journeys across the full lifecycle.
    • Perform audits to assess content quality, market relevance, and identify gaps across target personas and stages of the sales funnel. 
    • Build a comprehensive calendar and roadmap to ensure the timely, strategic, and impactful delivery of content across all channels.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to craft engaging topics, ensuring cohesive messaging across various formats, such as SEO content, webcasts, whitepapers, case studies, analyst reports, blogs, etc.
    • Create intuitive self-serve content hubs to seamlessly guide prospects through their buying journey.
  • Content Planning and Execution
    • Develop comprehensive content briefs aligned to strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery of assets.
    • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Design, Digital and external collaborators to create compelling content and promotional copy.
    • Uphold brand consistency across all platforms and channels, ensuring adherence to messaging, voice, and branding guidelines.
    • Efficiently manage and optimize the content library to ensure seamless organization, easy accessibility, and scalable growth.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to uncover opportunities for content creation or updates.  Work collaboratively to ensure content is optimized for SEO and structured for generative AI discovery.
    • Work with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, to expand and enhance content production capabilities. 
  • Leverage Cutting Edge Tech 
    • Utilize AI-powered tools to create draft content, customize messaging for specific personas or industries, and accelerate the localization process.
    • Serve as the SME in AI-assisted content creation, spearhead the exploration of new use cases, and develop documentation of best practices.
    • Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance this function and enable scalable one-to-many interactions, while also empowering our sellers to unlock its full potential.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization 
    • Track content performance across all channels and analyze key metrics to guide strategic adjustments and drive improvements.
    • Leverage data to test, refine, and perfect short-form copy, driving both engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: 
    • 7+ years of experience in content management/strategy, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with an emphasis on technical audiences (developers, devops, architects, ITDMs).
    • Proficient in content SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
    • Strong writing and editing skills; experience crafting content for email, paid ads, social, and events
    • Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation
    • Always-learning mindset with curiosity and eagerness to understand our technology and its ever-evolving benefits
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
    • Deadline driven and results-oriented
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

$142,000 - $166,000 USD
