Job Application for AP Accountant at Couchbase, Inc.

This is a temporary, remote position at Couchbase with a duration of six months (with possible extension).

Key Responsibilities:

Global invoice processing - Receiving, verifying, and processing vendor invoices in Coupa.
Reconciling vendor accounts. Review statements and ensure all invoices and credits are processed and applied.
Manage the AP Shared Inbox. This includes being the point of contact for all vendor communications and invoice receiving.
Weekly payment run processing. Prepare payment proposals for review and approval.
Payment application and reconciliation. Ensure all invoices are marked as paid.
Assist with month-end close process.
Ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
