Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer [Enterprise Systems GTM]
Location: Bangalore/Remote, India
Job Overview:We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support customized Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. You’ll work closely with admins, analysts, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable and high-performance applications within the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and integrations with external systems.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Application Architect are a strong plus.
- Solid experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks for building dynamic Lightning experiences.
- Deep understanding of CRM concepts, Salesforce platform capabilities, and development best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based development cycles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model for CPQ and Billing (e.g., Quote, Quote Line, Usage, Invoice, Product2).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Support and enhance Salesforce CPQ, Billing and other platform features as needed.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high standards of quality and maintainability.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
- Write clear documentation and maintain reusable code components and utilities.
- Support sandbox management, data migration, code versioning, and deployment processes (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, data modeling platform architecture.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and development tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
