We’re looking for a Lead Field Enablement Specialist who owns the end-to-end creation of high-impact enablement experiences for our Sales and Field Engineering teams.In this role, you won’t just produce content, you’ll shape how the field learns, ensure materials stay relevant as products evolve, and raise the quality bar for technical enablement across the company. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Enablement leaders to translate complex technical inputs into learning that is accurate, consumable, and directly tied to field success.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of field enablement content—from intake and scoping through creation, iteration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales Leaders, and SMEs to identify enablement needs, clarify learning goals, and prioritize what content will drive the most field impact.
• Transform polished technical inputs into best-in-class learning experiences using Seismic Learning, Clueso videos, and supporting assets.
• Establish and uphold a high quality bar for clarity, structure, accuracy, and visual polish across all enablement materials.
• Continuously improve enablement content based on feedback, usage data, product changes, and field performance needs.
• Serve as a Seismic power user and administrator, ensuring content is well-organized, discoverable, and scalable as the library grows.

Core skills required:

• 5+ years creating training, documentation, or technical enablement content in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical foundation in databases, backend systems, or cloud platforms- formal degree or equivalent experience welcome.
• Proven ability to own complex content initiatives independently, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; you value clarity, flow, and accuracy.
• Comfortable working directly with technical SMEs.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, databases, cloud, or AI is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured learning.
• Familiarity with Seismic, Mindtickle, LMS tools, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing content that supports sales motions, technical discovery, and customer conversations, not just knowledge transfer.
• Solid visual sense - you know when a layout works (and when it doesn’t)
