-
Executive Advisory: Establish deep relationships with C-level and senior technical stakeholders; lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic planning sessions.

Commercial Growth & Risk Mitigation: Partner with Account Executives and CSMs to identify expansion signals, protect renewals, and proactively resolve complex escalations.
-
Product Voice: Translate enterprise customer insights into actionable feedback for our Product Management and Go-To-Market teams.
Experience & Profile
What You Bring (Required):

Enterprise Expertise: Extensive experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or strategic engagement management handling multi-stakeholder, 7-figure enterprise accounts.
-
Commercial Acumen: A proven understanding of ARR, SaaS renewal dynamics, and expansion strategies.
-
Leadership & Autonomy: Exceptional structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior executives and navigate ambiguity without authority.
Nice to Have:

Domain knowledge in data platforms, NoSQL databases, or cloud infrastructure.
-
A foundational background in technical program delivery or IT consulting.
