Job Overview:

As a Product Marketing Associate at Coursera, you will be a key player in executing marketing strategies for our India Degrees. This role focuses on effective execution, ensuring marketing excellence across  marketing initiatives that enhance consumer journeys and drive engagement. You will collaborate closely with the Manager for India Degrees, Domain managers, and Channel managers to optimize marketing efforts across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Marketing Initiatives: Support the Manager for India Degrees in executing marketing campaigns, including email communications, webinars, and other promotional activities that align with business objectives.
  • Consumer Journey Optimization: Analyze and map consumer journeys to identify touchpoints and opportunities for improvement that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and high-quality marketing content, including email copy, landing pages, and promotional materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside domain managers and channel managers to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of marketing strategies across different channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within a product-led company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing email marketing campaigns and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to drive efficiency across existing channels and platforms.
