Job Overview
The Coursera Degrees segment partners with leading universities around the world to launch and scale online degree programs that deliver career-transformative outcomes for learners. The Degrees Success team works cross-functionally with marketing, enrollment representatives, data science and technical operation teams to help partners meet their recruitment goals.
The Degrees Operations Co-ordinator will be part of the Degrees Success Team, managing North American, European and Latin American degree programs.
You will ensure flawless day-to-day execution of the programs for the across marketing operations, partner support, contracts and forecasting. This role owns operational trackers, manages ticketing and marketing requests end-to-end, consolidates forecast and program reporting, and coordinates escalations with Operations, Enrollment and Growth Marketing to deliver a consistent partner experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage application dates on Coursera degree pages by accurately updating application deadlines and coordinating application-open email communications in close partnership with the marketing team.
- Own webinar registration tracking by setting up and maintaining registration trackers, monitoring webinar sign-up performance, proactively requesting additional marketing email sends when registrations are low, and building an understanding of webinar signup trends over time.
- Maintain weekly updates to forecasting spreadsheets for all degree programs. Beyond maintaining trackers, proactively and critically evaluate underlying data, develop benchmarks and dashboards, and support monthly forecasting and recruitment reviews.
- Pull and prepare data to support the Degree Success team by assembling business review materials, and populating standard BR slide templates.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for university partners by logging partner support issues, ensuring timely follow-through and escalations, and owning a comprehensive ticket-tracking system to monitor progress and drive prompt resolution.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or a related function.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, including building and maintaining operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong sense of ownership over outputs and deliverables.
- Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics, with the ability to learn and adopt new tools and systems as needed.
- Collaborative and proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive and operate effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management, ideally within high pace sector
- Familiarity with operational processes and cross-functional workflows, including experience supporting structured reporting, forecasting, or program operations.
