Job Summary 

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to run day-to-day user acquisition and ASO. You’ll set up campaigns, drive creative testing, automate reporting, analyze performance and scale profitable growth across priority channels. You’ll partner closely with Product, Data, Engineering, CRM, and Creatives to convert installs into long-term valuable customers. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own UA execution end-to-end: Build, launch, analyze and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads / UAC, Apple Search Ads, TikTok and select DSP networks. 
  • ASO: Conduct keyword research, metadata iteration, competitive audits & analysis, App Store creative testing (icons, screenshots, trailers) to lift visibility and store CVR. 
  • Creative Testing: Manage and drive creative testing at scale across key channels, evaluating performance metrics, develop reports and result readouts based on the data.
  • Measurement & reporting: Configure reports based on in-platform metrics and MMP data, and help provide meaningful insights & context. 
  • Automation & hygiene: drive enforcement of naming conventions across campaigns & creatives, UTMs, help with SKAN schema mapping and budget pacing. Partner with Engineering & Data to automate dashboards and QA postbacks. 
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors (creative, channels, ASO) and surface actionable insights. 
  • Identify repetitive growth processes and build automations that improve team efficiency, speed and decision making through the use of AI.
  • Leverage AI tools  and workflows to accelerate campaign execution, creative analysis and reporting, along with experimentation. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years of hands-on UA experience for mobile apps (gaming or consumer preferred)
  • Proven operator across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Tiktok, strong experience with DSP / SDK networks (AppLovin, Unity, etc). 
  • MMP fluency (Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust), SKAN schemas / postbacks, and attribution QA experience. 
  • Strong ASO background, keyword tools, metadata iteration & store creative testing. Experience leveraging Apple’s custom product pages, and Google Play experiments. 
  • Analytical rigor: Strong excel & analytical skills, comfortable with  SQL, Looker / dashboarding tools. 
  • Creative partner mindset and a disciplined approach to experimentation. 
  • Financial fluency in media planning, budget forecasting, and payback / LTV modeling. 
  • Bias to action, excellent prioritization, and comfort operating in fast, ambiguous environments. 
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be applied across user acquisition, creative testing, ASO and reporting for operational efficiency and outcome.
