About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our fast-growing team and help build the technology that connects buyers, sellers, and partners at scale.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and operations. You’ll own the platform that directly influences marketplace liquidity, customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams to turn complex business problems into simple, scalable technology products.

**Candidate must live within a commutable distance of our NYC office**

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for key operational and technical platforms.
  • Translate business and user problems into clear product strategy, requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, architecture, development, testing, and launch.
  • Define and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, technical complexity, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Build products that improve supply, demand, liquidity, matching, discovery, conversion, retention, and transaction volume.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, instrumentation, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
  • Develop APIs, integrations, internal tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that enable marketplace growth.
  • Manage dependencies across engineering teams and proactively identify technical or operational risks.
  • Establish clear success metrics and continuously measure product performance after launch.
  • Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product improvements.
  • Communicate product strategy and tradeoffs effectively to executives, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Help establish product management processes and best practices as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, e-commerce, or other technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching technical products or platforms in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Strong technical fluency with concepts such as APIs, microservices, databases, event-driven systems, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineers and understand technical architecture without needing to be the person writing the code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
  • Experience defining product metrics, analyzing funnels, and using experimentation to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-changing startup environment.
  • A strong bias toward action, ownership, and measurable results.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • A dynamic and engaging environment focused on fostering real growth and innovation
  • Opportunities to create amazing products that our customers truly love and value
  • Comprehensive health insurance packages with dependent coverage
  • Competitive salary with ample opportunities for career advancement and development
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote work environment
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match to help you plan for the future
  • $100 monthly dogfooding stipend to support trying out our products firsthand
  • Access to employee wellness programs designed to support your overall well-being
