Senior Provider Network Analyst
About the company
At Covera Health, we're on a mission to improve healthcare by making every diagnosis more accurate.
Every year, millions of patients receive imaging that shapes life changing medical decisions. Yet too often, important findings are missed, patients struggle to access high quality imaging, and the healthcare system treats radiology like a commodity instead of one of the most critical moments in a patient's care journey.
We're changing that.
Covera combines clinical expertise, advanced AI, and one of the industry's largest radiology quality datasets to help detect disease earlier, improve diagnostic accuracy, and give clinicians greater confidence in every decision they make. Better diagnoses lead to better treatment, fewer unnecessary procedures, lower healthcare costs, and, most importantly, better outcomes for patients.
In 2026, Covera and Medmo came together to create the first platform designed to support the entire radiology journey. From helping patients find and schedule high quality imaging, to coordinating care, to ensuring the accuracy of every diagnosis, we're building a connected experience that simply hasn't existed before.
Backed by Insight Partners, our platform supports nearly 6 million people across Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 employers, three of the five largest national health plans, and thousands of value based primary care physicians.
This is an exciting moment to join Covera. We're building technology that is helping detect serious conditions earlier, improving the quality of care for millions of patients, and redefining what healthcare can be. If you're excited by meaningful work, ambitious teammates, and the opportunity to help save lives through better healthcare, we'd love to meet you.

Covera Health delivers mission-critical Center of Excellence (CoE) programs to a growing portfolio of Fortune 100 jumbo employers and health plans, and the health of that network is central to the value we deliver. We're looking for a Network Analyst to own the visibility layer for our CoE network - tracking performance and quality, surfacing risks early, and turning complex data into clear reporting that our clients and internal leaders can act on.
Sitting at the intersection of our data, clinical, and account teams, you'll be the person who ensures everyone knows how the network is performing and where it needs attention. This is a high-impact, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in accurate data, clean reporting, and insights that drive decisions.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Monitor and maintain the health of the Center of Excellence (CoE) network, tracking key performance and quality metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Design and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards on network status for jumbo employer clients and internal stakeholders, including the executive and leadership teams, using Databricks, Python and SQL.
- Conduct access and network adequacy analysis to evaluate coverage, gaps, and utilization across CoE partners.
- Own the reporting process end to end - data collection, validation, visualization, and distribution - delivering reliably against recurring timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally with account management, clinical, and data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance.
- Identify trends, risks, and performance issues in the network and proactively flag them to the right stakeholders.
- Support client-facing meetings and business reviews with clear, digestible visual summaries of network performance.
- Build and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring reporting cycles.
Special Considerations:
We are a remote-first company with employees located across the U.S., and this role is fully remote - we welcome candidates from anywhere in the country. We also have a NYC office located at Penn 1 for those who enjoy coming in for collaboration and connection (and lunch!).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network/operations analytics, with demonstrated expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis, ideally within healthcare, health plans, or employer benefits.
- Strong data visualization skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Databricks BI, or a similar tool like Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data, plus experience with Databricks and advanced google sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end reporting workflows and set the standards and methodology others follow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical detail for executive audiences.
- A detail-oriented, quality-assurance mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Comfort building executive-ready summaries and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert or informally mentoring more junior analysts preferred.
