New Construction Administrator Supervisor
CPI Security is looking to hire a New Construction Administrator Supervisor to lead our administrative support team based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. The New Construction Administrator Supervisor oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of administrative functions for New Construction pre-wiring and installation for CPI. This position will be accountable for ensuring the New Construction team is successfully creating builder jobs, accommodating builder schedules, and ensure accuracy in reviewing and submitting Purchase Order entries. The New Construction Administrator Supervisor role will collaborate daily with our Sales, Field Operations, and Finance team along with our external builders to provide support and create great customer experiences.
Essential Functions
- Supervise and lead a team of administrators, providing guidance, training and support to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and high performance
- Ensure the accurate review and approval of documentation, including quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and diagrams are aligned with purchase orders
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Field Operations, Accounting, and external builders to ensure challenges are addressed as necessary
- Continuously assess team processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively manage Home Closing list Data with Builders and key Sales Leaders
- Confirm permits and schedule inspections where needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment required
- New construction office experience is a plus
- Excellent Leadership and team management abilities
- Must be able to develop and maintain a high-level understanding of all policies, procedures and protocol regarding customer accounts, documentation and reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate malleability and aptitude to learn, process and effectively implement new policies and procedures as corporate standards are modified over time
- Must be able to demonstrate professionalism and courteousness in the handling of both internal and external customer inquiries
- Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative to complete work in a highly accurate manner, within established timelines, guidelines and standards
