New Construction Technician

We are seeking a New Construction Technician in Bluffton, SC to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately and efficiently install new residential security systems.
  • Conduct initial walkthroughs to determine optimal system configurations and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers about the installation process, including any necessary modifications.
  • Connect in-home systems to our central monitoring service and provide comprehensive demonstrations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of billing and payroll paperwork while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics, electrical, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills, with an emphasis on upselling and closing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends.
