Business Solutions Service Technician

Our Business Solutions Service Technician serves as an ambassador for the Company and is responsible for service repairs on our full suite of industry-tailored smart security solutions for our commercial customers'. Our Business Solutions Service Technicians will ensure complete customer satisfaction as they work on equipment that protects your assets, employees, and customers. Responsibilities
- Install and service the new and existing access, fire, security, sound, and video systems
- Must be able to work closely with supervisor and other technicians to coordinate and complete jobs and service calls
- Possess knowledge about many different security systems to install and service
- Maintain a good rapport and attitude with coworkers and customer base
- Provide solutions and use expertise for challenges that may arise for customers
- Troubleshoot issues with security systems and instill confidence with the customer
- Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology
- Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean and professional vehicle image
- Implement new ideas and strategies to make tasks easier
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year in a commercial environment installing security systems preferred
- Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic, and a high degree of integrity
- Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities
- Knowledge of local market
- Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive
- Ability to adopt to quick business changes
