Fitness and Engagement Coordinator
CPI Security, in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire a Fitness and Engagement Coordinator at our headquarters office. What You'll Do:

You’ll collaborate with both our Fitness/Wellness Manager and HR team to drive initiatives that enhance employee well‑being and streamline HR processes—all while promoting a cohesive, inclusive workplace experience.
Wellness & Fitness Initiatives
- Lead the design and delivery of engaging health and wellness programs tailored to our employees’ needs, from one-on-one counseling to dynamic workshops.
- Create and distribute compelling wellness content via digital channels, email campaigns, and in-house displays—keeping employees informed, motivated, and involved.
- Oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our fitness facility—including opening/closing, preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Partner with our Benefits Specialist to manage end‑to‑end wellness programming—developing monthly themes, coordinating with vendors, and aligning events with our organizational calendar.
HR Administration & Engagement
- Support key HR functions: pre‑employment procedures, onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, and documentation.
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and cross‑departmental HR and business projects.
- Handle administrative tasks like billing reconciliation, team purchases, internal audits, and documentation management.
- Stay current with HR laws and best practices to ensure compliance in all employee services and processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in planning and promoting wellness programs and fitness initiatives that drive engagement across organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—adept at delivering customer‑centric support for everyone from new hires to leadership.
- Proactive multitasker who takes ownership of projects, manages timelines effectively, and identifies when to escalate issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when working with data and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of HR compliance, benefits administration, and HR data reporting.
- The schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00AM to 7:00PM
