Sales Operations Business Partner
CPI Security, a leader in residential and commercial security solutions, is looking to hire a Sales Operations Business Partner! Our Sales Operations Business Partner provides high level support to the Sales leadership team. You must be resourceful, blending creativity and administrative abilities to achieve outstanding results. As part of this role, the person will become an expert in all things sales enablement and will serve as the point of contact for sales analysis and sales process improvement. What You’ll Do:
- Assist the VP to drive achievement of revenue targets through process improvements and sales quality initiatives.
- Be a thought leader and strategic thinker for the sales operations team providing valuable insights, finding improvements in sales and operations processes. Relentlessly root cause problems and address them in an effort to improve business processes.
- Develop strong business relationships with the sales teams becoming a valued business partner and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and complete projects to help achieve their goals.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in sales processes, implement and monitor best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Generate, quality check and deliver sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout sales applications including Salesforce.
- Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to improve performance and productivity serving as a subject matter expert in sales operations.
- Work closely with other departments including operations, customer success, support, and marketing to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize sales tools and technologies, ensuring the sales team has the resources needed to succeed.
- Facilitate and complete administrative needs of the team including expense and budget tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience working in cross-functional support and sales teams
- Exceptionally high attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Clear, professional, and concise communicator both verbally and in writing – especially via email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Proficiency with Outlook (email, calendar, WebEx, Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to work independently and self-direct
