The Opportunity
The CRM Systems Manager is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Revolution CRM and Marketing Cloud (e-CRM) platforms, supporting fundraising and analytics efforts. This role assists with the daily management of the CRM systems, ensures data integrity, and supports users across multiple teams by providing training and troubleshooting. The CRM Systems Manager works closely with stakeholders to enhance platform functionality and improve processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administration of Revolution CRM and Marketing Cloud (e-CRM), including user management, security settings, and routine system maintenance.
- Collaborate with teams to document business requirements and identify potential improvements.
- Support the Sr. Data Engineer in implementing CRM integrations and automations.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, identifying and resolving routine issues.
- Provide training and user support to ensure best practices and system adoption.
- Assist in maintaining a data governance repository for CRM system usage.
- Work with internal teams to analyze and improve processes within the CRM ecosystem.
- Utilize SQL to perform quality control checks, analyze data integrity, and support CRM reporting and optimization efforts.
- Own the relationship with CRM vendors, ensuring timely support, advocating for new features, and driving necessary system improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working with Revolution CRM, Salesforce CRM or a comparable CRM system.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration, including user management, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Familiarity with building workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Understanding of integrated systems and how CRM data flows across departments, including its impact on upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.
- Ability to assist in training and supporting users on CRM best practices.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation tool is preferred.
- Mid-level knowledge of SQL or query tools is preferred.
- Experience working in fundraising, membership, or nonprofit environments is preferred.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python for automation or integrations is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 per ANNUM.

The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographical location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
