CRAFTSMAN+ isn’t just building tools — we are architecting the future of creative performance.

We operate at the intersection of world-class design, advanced technology, and ruthless operational precision. Our platform and services power the creative pipelines of some of the most iconic brands on the planet, including Nike, Microsoft, Wizards of the Coast, Niantic, and more—and we’re just getting started.

Recognized by Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 as one of the fastest-growing companies in America, CRAFTSMAN+ is defining a new category: high-velocity creative technology. We deliver everything from intelligent creative engines to cinematic interactive playables, all built by a global team of elite makers, engineers, and strategists obsessed with elevating what brands believe is possible.

Our mission is bold: Unleash world-class creativity at scale—and give every brand the tools to win in a performance-driven world.

If you want to build where the industry is headed, not where it’s been, you belong here.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager at CRAFTSMAN+ is not a traditional marketer. This is a strategic operator, brand architect, and growth engine who will shape how the world sees, understands, and adopts one of the most innovative creative-tech platforms on the market.

You will own the narrative.
You will amplify the vision.
You will drive demand for both our SaaS platform and our world-class creative services with precision, speed, and storytelling mastery.

This role sits at the center of the company—partnering directly with the CEO, product, sales, creative, and engineering to ensure the outside world feels the momentum we are building inside our walls. You will create integrated campaigns, build systems that scale, craft content that cuts through the noise, and transform our brand into the category-defining force it’s becoming.

If you thrive in environments where excellence is the baseline, innovation is constant, and the pace is unapologetically fast—this is your arena.

What You’ll Do

Architect the Brand

  • Own and elevate the CRAFTSMAN+ narrative across every channel and touchpoint.
  • Establish positioning that differentiates us in a saturated creative + performance + ad-tech landscape.

Build Growth Engines

  • Create and run integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable demand for both the platform and services.
  • Launch multi-channel content programs that educate, convert, and inspire.

Drive Cross-Functional Momentum

  • Partner with sales, product, design, and leadership to build high-impact GTM motions.
  • Ensure marketing is a force multiplier that accelerates revenue, retention, and product adoption.

Create World-Class Content

  • Lead email, social, ads, video scripts, events, webinars, partnerships, and more with a focus on clarity, creativity, and performance.
  • Support revenue teams with assets, decks, case studies, and narratives that convert.

Operate with Precision

  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Own market intelligence: trends, competitors, opportunities, whitespace.

Build Systems That Scale

  • Codify processes, workflows, calendars, automations, and repeatable programs.
  • Ensure marketing stays lean, efficient, and able to scale globally without unnecessary overhead.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in ad-tech, martech, performance marketing, or SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of the ecosystem: DSPs, MMPs, creative optimization, mobile, performance marketing, publishers, data flows, and attribution.
  • A hybrid talent: strategic thinker + execution machine.
  • A storyteller who can turn complexity into clarity.
  • A builder who thrives in ambiguity and gets energy from creating structure, systems, and momentum.
  • Data-driven, creative, and resourceful — equally comfortable writing a positioning doc, building a campaign, or analyzing performance dashboards.
  • A leader who elevates the brand internally and externally.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
