About the Role

The Rich Media Desinger will deliver high-quality interactive mobile ads at speed—turning client objectives into engaging, performance-driven creative with tight timelines and high expectations. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in shipping great work quickly without sacrificing craft.

This individual owns projects from concept to delivery, translating high-level direction into polished interactive ads, pitching and demoing ideas in client-facing settings, and adapting concepts on the fly—often with limited assets or evolving requirements. They will balance creative problem-solving with efficiency, ensuring every execution meets quality standards while hitting aggressive deadlines.

Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role helps educate partners on interactive best practices and ensures each campaign delivers clarity, impact, and strong user engagement. Attention to detail, strong design instincts, and the ability to prioritize multiple fast-moving projects are essential.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-motivated designer who loves mobile, moves quickly, and remains detail-obsessed under pressure—able to transform business needs into interactive experiences that launch fast, perform well, and consistently raise the bar for CRAFTSMAN+ creative.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads
  • Educate clients on best practices when creating interactive ads
  • Pitch and demo ad concepts in client facing meetings
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
  • Able to improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets
  • Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work

 

Necessary Skills and Experience 

  • 3 years experience creative agency / advertising agency / in house working on interactive mobile ads
  • Mobile ad design experience
  • A strong portfolio
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in After Effects and other video editing software
  • Understanding of typography, animation and layout
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
  • Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Can clearly articulate design decisions
  • Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
  • Rich media ad experience

 

Desirable Skills and Experiences

  • Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
  • Experience with building interactive ads or playable ads for top gaming studios
  • Experience in Figma
  • Lover of all things mobile
