About the Role

The Associate Marketing Manager will be a key driver of how CRAFTSMAN+ shows up in the market. This role is both strategic ownership and hands-on execution. You'll help shape campaign strategy, go-to-market plans, and brand positioning, and then you'll be the one writing the email, scheduling the post, and pulling the performance data to prove it worked.

You'll be joining a small, collaborative marketing team that values initiative, creative problem-solving, and getting things done. There's no layer of middle management here, you'll have real ownership over programs and channels from day one, with direct visibility into how your work drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline for both our SaaS platform and creative services.

This is the right role for someone who wants to build, not just manage. You're organized and execution-driven, but you also think strategically about what to do next and why. You're comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, the team is lean, and the expectation is that you figure things out and make things happen.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan, execute, and own integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals
  • Develop marketing assets that support sales: case studies, one-pagers, pitch collateral, and campaign materials that help close deals and bring in new leads.
  • Write social media copy, captions, and campaign content across platforms in coordination with our editing team
  • Film short-form video content for social channels as needed - product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes clips, and trend-driven content
  • Write blog posts, articles, lead magnets, and long-form content that drives organic traffic and positions CRAFTSMAN+ as a thought leader in the space
  • Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences, from writing the copy to scheduling the sends
  • Manage and maintain the company website, updating SEO, publishing content, and ensuring everything stays current and on-brand
  • Collaborate with the creative services and editing team on longer-running projects - sizzle reels, social media video content, promotional assets, and other creative deliverables that need cross-team coordination
  • Ensure brand consistency and clear messaging across all marketing touchpoints
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop assets that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer engagement
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, and creative offerings
  • Help coordinate marketing-driven events, sponsorships, and industry activations
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and campaign strategy
  • Support partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to building marketing operations, workflows, and scalable programs
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies in ad tech and SaaS

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of the ad tech landscape, including DSPs, publishers, creative technology, mobile, or performance marketing
  • Proficient with marketing tools and platforms. Experience with analytics, email, social scheduling, basic design tools (like Canva), artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, and CRM software (HighLevel), and able to pick up new tools quickly when the need arises
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines
  • Experience contributing to content, demand generation, brand, or partner marketing programs
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong writing and communication skills with high attention to detail, you'll be producing content regularly, not just reviewing it
  • Data-aware and curious, with an interest in how marketing performance connects to revenue
  • A proactive, builder mindset with a willingness to take ownership and follow through

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
