Data Analyst

What You Will Be Doing
The Data Analyst role will be responsible for maintaining reporting within PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau, as well as responsible for working with individual groups to help with understanding success metrics programs and initiatives. This role will report to the Manager of Analytics within the Finance department.
Day In The Life:
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insight to stakeholders
- Training departments on the usage of analytics outputs and onboarding users onto visualization tools
- Assisting in developing, executing and measuring optimization tests
- Ensuring data quality standards are being met, and collaborate with stakeholders to fix quality issues
- Performing segmentation and analysis of prospect and customer groups
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Experience with SQL querying
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Snowflake
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver clear recommendations
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - you enjoy working across teams
Work Environment:
- On-site with some flexibility
- Alternate Saturday working schedule
