Technical Writer – Enterprise Software Products

Create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for enterprise software products (user guides, admin guides, release notes, technical blogs, FAQs, etc.)

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams, including remote teams

Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and semi-technical audiences

Ensure documentation stays current with frequent product updates and releases

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation

Meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in enterprise software and/or cybersecurity/data protection domains
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to understand and document complex software systems
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with globally distributed/remote teams

Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar knowledge base platforms
Work Environment & Expectations
- Based in Bangalore, working from the HSR Layout office
- Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
- Comfortable with dynamic workloads and flexible work hours, typical of a startup environment
- Speed, adaptability, and quick turnaround are essential
