A player-coach who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute, build scalable systems, and use AI to improve efficiency, accelerate experimentation, and remove friction across the funnel.

Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this is a highly hands-on role with meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact across the business.

Day In the Life:

  • Own SMB growth initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion, and pipeline growth
  • Scale SMB trial starts and improve trial-to-paid conversion performance
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, and conversion
  • Create and scale high-performing campaigns across email, paid media, landing pages, lifecycle channels, and emerging content formats
  • Lead experimentation and A/B testing across messaging, creative, digital channels, and conversion flows
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that create visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth opportunities
  • Use data and insights to drive optimization, prioritization, and investment decisions
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve execution speed, streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and scale growth programs more efficiently
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams to improve customer journey performance and pipeline outcomes
  • Help build a more agile, experimentation-driven growth culture

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related SaaS growth roles
  • Proven experience driving measurable pipeline growth and improving conversion performance
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve growth marketing execution through experimentation, reporting, operational workflows, funnel optimization, and process automation
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion strategy
  • Experience scaling trial acquisition and improving trial-to-paid conversion
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing growth campaigns with measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving systems
  • Comfortable working directly in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Excited by the opportunity to build strategy and execute hands-on in a lean, high-impact environment

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
