Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Aide to join our educational team. The Aide will provide classroom support by assisting teachers, covering breaks, and stepping in during teacher vacations or absences. This role helps maintain a nurturing, safe, and effective learning environment while supporting students’ academic development and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Lead and Assistant Teachers with daily classroom activities and educational instruction.

  • Support students individually or in small groups to help them understand lessons and complete assignments.

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

  • Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management as needed.

  • Provide coverage for teachers during breaks, vacations, or absences.

  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents when appropriate.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma required (early childhood coursework or CDA in progress preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.

  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children.

  • Basic organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Pay Range

$14 - $14 USD

What We Need from You:  

 Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications  

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required  
  • Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.    
  • A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
