About the role:

Creative Fabrica Studio AI is an AI platform for generating images, videos, music, speech, sound effects, and more. 30+ tools. All the creative firepower you'd normally need five different subscriptions for, in one place.

We're already adding hundreds of thousands of new users every month. Now we want to pour more fuel on that growth through faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. That's where you come in. You'll create the accounts, figure out what content hits, post at high volume, and scale distribution through a network of reposters and remixers. You own the whole thing. What you post, how often, which formats, which platforms, how you grow it. The only metric that matters is that millions of people discover Studio AI through your content.

This role is for someone who's already done this. You've built faceless pages, you know what makes content spread, and you want to do it backed by a platform with real tools and real scale behind it.

What you will do: 

• Get millions of people to discover Studio AI. You do this by creating faceless short-form content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that generates massive reach.
• You're posting multiple times a day across every account you manage. The formats, the hooks, the angles: that's all you. The only thing that matters is that it gets views and people end up at Studio AI.
• You know what drives massive reach on these platforms. Rage bait, controversy, provocative hooks, memes, engagement bait, trending audio, story-driven shorts. Content that makes people react, share, argue, tag someone, and save it. Not content people passively scroll past.
• Run multiple faceless accounts, each with its own niche and audience. Manage the posting rhythm, visual identity, and growth of each one. Test constantly. Kill what doesn’t perform. Double down on what does. Build a library of proven formats and a playbook that compounds over time.
• Build a network of reposters/remixers who take your proven content and spread it, either by reposting directly or by producing their own variations of the same concept. Scale distribution from your own accounts to hundreds.

What you will need: 

• You've built faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. You can show the accounts, the content, and the growth.
• You think in hooks. You know the difference between content people watch and content people share. You understand outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, humor, and you know which lever to pull for which platform.
• You produce fast. Idea to live post in under 20 minutes. CapCut or equivalent, text overlays, trending audio, transitions, platform-native formats. Speed is the job.
• You know how to scale a winner. Break down why it hit, turn it into a repeatable format, produce scalable variations, build the playbook.
• You track what matters. Platform analytics, UTMs, attribution. You know which content is actually driving people to Studio AI, not just which one got views.

Nice to have: 

• You’ve managed or been part of a reposter/remix network before, Discord, Whop, Telegram, etc. You know how to recruit people, keep them active, and manage output.
• You understand how to scale distribution outside of your own accounts. You know how repost/remix networks operate, how platforms detect coordinated activity, and how to grow reach without getting accounts shut down.
