Senior Business Analyst – Product Strategy

Product Strategy | Norcross, GA

At Credigy, your impact as a Senior Business Analyst will be visible. You'll define and drive product direction for everything Credigy does with unstructured data: AI-powered document intelligence, enterprise content management, and their integration into the broader platform. Working directly with decision-makers, you'll bring analytical rigor from discovery to delivery. This role is built for someone who can hold a big vision and still get into the details, who speaks fluently to both business and technical teams, and who gets energized by problems without obvious answers.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of analysis, ownership, and strategy. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to understand how unstructured data flows through Credigy’s applications today and shape what’s possible tomorrow. You won’t just gather requirements: you’ll lead discovery, challenge assumptions, and build the kind of shared understanding that makes complex work go smoothly. You’ll work directly with senior decision-makers and bring the analytical rigor to back up every recommendation. Success means the teams who depend on these capabilities trust you, and the products you steward make Credigy meaningfully smarter about its data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Credigy’s unstructured data portfolio: define success, set priorities, and maintain stakeholder alignment from discovery through delivery.
  • Lead discovery with genuine curiosity, pushing past stated requests to uncover the deeper need and translating findings into clear, testable requirements.
  • Maintain backlog health and story quality end-to-end: every story scoped, consistent, and unambiguous.
  • Define and track success metrics that keep products accountable to real business outcomes, not just delivery milestones.
  • Serve as Credigy’s internal business authority on AI-powered document intelligence and enterprise content management, partnering with technical teams to translate that expertise into well-designed solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to shape the long-term strategy for how Credigy captures, processes, and acts on unstructured data.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or a comparable role on complex, enterprise-scale systems.
  • A track record of owning roadmaps: making tradeoffs, driving alignment, and influencing across business and technical teams at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build shared understanding using use cases, process models, data models, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: you can make a complex problem feel simple without losing the nuance.
  • At least one thing you’ve built using AI-assisted or no-code development: an app, a prototype, a tool. We will ask to see it.

Preferred:

  • Experience with unstructured data, intelligent document processing, or AI/OCR-based products.
  • Experience with M-Files or a comparable enterprise content management platform.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data modeling concepts.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (not required: relevant experience is equally valued).

The Credigy Experience

Credigy offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna, with Credigy covering a significant portion of premiums, plus STD, LTD, and basic life insurance at no cost to you. You’ll also have access to a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, volunteer time off through Credigy Cares, and a range of workplace perks designed to support how you work best, from a thoughtfully equipped office environment to the technology and tools that help you do your best work. Beyond the benefits, you’ll join a team recognized year-over-year as a Top Workplace nationally and in Atlanta, with a personalized Flex Werk program, real opportunities for career growth, and a culture built around people who are bold, curious, and supportive, and the chance to define how Credigy thinks about unstructured data for years to come.

A Note to Applicants

If this role excites you but you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit just as much as direct experience.

Where & How You’ll Work

This role is based at Credigy’s corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. As part of the IT team, Tuesdays are our minimum-requirement, shared in-office day.  During your first few months, you can expect more frequent in-office time as you get oriented, build relationships, and shorten the learning curve — we've found it makes a real difference. From day one, you’ll work with your manager to build a personalized flexibility arrangement through Credigy’s Flex Werk program, because we believe the best work happens when people have the support and autonomy to work in a way that works for them.
