Senior Treasury Analyst

Credit Karma’s Treasury team is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to play a key role in corporate cash management and partner with teams across the company to help achieve the goals of the business. This role will report to the Credit Karma’s Senior Manager, Treasury and Finance Operations. 

The ideal candidate will have global corporate treasury experience and the ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. The role will be focused on treasury operations and supporting financial reporting across all of Credit Karma’s products with an emphasis on money movement. Expect to support the bi-coastal needs of the business in Charlotte, NC and Oakland, CA. 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the global cash position, monitor bank activity, execute funds transfers and manage liquidity to meet business operating needs
  • Execute intercompany and FX transactions
  • Bank account management including but not limited to opening and closing bank accounts, updating account information, managing signatories and user access
  • Partner with the other finance functions on recurring reporting, inquiries and ad hoc requests
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams and bank partners to implement new processes and systems; monitor and resolve issues
  • Assist in money movement transactions and operational support
  • Support audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to controls

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field
  • 4+ years of relevant Treasury experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Cash management under a complex structure and broad understanding of banking services, standards and payment technologies
  • Experience with online banking systems, ERP systems, treasury management systems
  • Experience in monthly close and financial reporting covering treasury related matters such as cash, investments, insurance, systems
  • Heavy focus on program management skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills

What we’d like to see:

  • Background in Financial Services, particularly Financial Technology
  • Experience in money movement and payments space

It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is 112,859 to 129,476, plus equity and benefits.
