About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will be part of an innovative team and company, building out next-generation contact center AI products. This role will involve close collaboration with design, engineering, and ML teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working on enterprise SaaS products and enjoys engaging directly with customers to shape product direction. This PM will also collaborate closely with other product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities flow end-to-end across the Cresta platform, delivering cohesive, impactful user experiences.

We want someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and think on their feet as things get thrown their way. Cresta’s Product Management team works closely with customers to develop creative solutions to complex problems. 

Responsibilities

  • Understand user, influencer, and buyer personas and conduct primary and secondary research to validate product and feature ideas
  • Own the full product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including the definition and tracking of key business metrics. Prioritize product investments to meet strategic product and business goals
  • Ability to communicate product ideas, requirements, and business plans to all levels of the organization
  • Partner with designers, engineering, and ML teams to build AI products
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to align on roadmaps and ensure end-to-end capability delivery across the Cresta platform.
  • Manage cross-functional communication among engineering, design, GTM, and customer success teams

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager or a product owner
  • Experience in one or more of the following is considered a strong plus: Experience in designing and writing comprehensive evaluations for AI products; experience working on enterprise SaaS products in a customer-facing capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
  • Experience in agile discovery methodology working with UX design and engineering to prototype, UAT, and iteratively refine product concepts, resulting in prioritized, clearly defined requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities, think strategically, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills—able to work effectively with other PMs to ensure cross-platform alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically

Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $140,000 ~ $175,000, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
