About the role:

Cresta is seeking a Head of International Marketing to own and accelerate the company’s pipeline generation, conversion, and expansion efforts across all marketing channels. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and you’ll collaborate closely across our Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive pipeline, improve win rates, and accelerate deal cycles.

Location: London, Remote. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the pipeline number, and the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive pipeline generation for the EMEA and APAC regions
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings in close partnership with executive leadership, revenue operations, and finance
  • Create a testing culture focused on repeatable and scalable experiments to unlock new growth levers
  • Lead global expansion into new territories, including market strategy, advertising, and webinars
  • Everything above and more to help contribute to the team’s main goal of maximizing qualified opportunities and building our brand

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years in of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 5 years in a growth leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact through digital channels
  • Experience working with enterprise buyer journeys and ABM motions
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay n8n, SEMrush, and dash-boarding tools such as Looker
  • Deep analytical expertise, data-driven mindset, and strong understanding of data architecture and system interconnectivity
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented leader with experience managing internal teams and agencies

  • Proven success leading marketing initiatives across multiple countries or regions

Compensation at Cresta 

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family. This role is variable target compensation eligible.
