About the Role:

As a Customer Engineer, APAC at Cresta, you'll play a key role in delivering our cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise contact centers across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll combine strong software engineering skills with expertise in customer experience, contact center infrastructure, cloud technologies, chat and voice platforms, and automation to help customers successfully deploy and scale Cresta.

Working closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineering, you'll own the technical execution of customer integrations and help ensure Cresta works seamlessly within complex enterprise environments.

You'll partner directly with technical stakeholders across APAC, navigating different customer environments, business requirements, and deployment needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically while also building trusted relationships with customers.

As Cresta continues to grow across APAC, you'll also help identify opportunities to expand the value we deliver within existing customers and shape how we scale our technical customer engagement in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute integration designs and project plans developed in partnership with Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs.
  • Integrate Cresta solutions with enterprise contact center voice, chat, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using technologies including Go, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Cresta products and customer integrations.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to triage and resolve technical issues, collaborating closely with Cresta Engineering when deeper product or platform expertise is required.
  • Build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders and serve as a trusted technical partner throughout implementation and expansion.
  • Manage multiple customer projects and technical workstreams simultaneously.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify integrations, improve customer outcomes, and expand Cresta's impact within customer environments.
  • Collaborate across teams and geographies to share learnings and help develop scalable implementation practices for APAC.

Qualifications We Value:

  • Strong software engineering skills, with hands-on experience in Go, Python, and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience using APIs and SDKs to build integrations and value-added solutions.
  • Experience with AWS and Git.
  • Experience with contact center and customer experience technologies such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE, Salesforce, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex technical environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with external technical stakeholders and take a consultative, strategic approach to solving customer problems.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • A think big, deliver simple mindset—you can navigate complexity while creating practical solutions for customers.
  • Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and customers across multiple APAC markets and time zones.

Compensation & Benefits:
