About the role:

We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented EMEA Marketing Manager to build and scale our regional marketing function, with a strong focus on Spain. Reporting to the VP International Marketing, this individual will be our first dedicated marketing hire in EMEA and will play a critical role in driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and building brand presence across the region — while aligning tightly with Cresta’s global marketing strategy and campaigns. International expansion is a top priority for Cresta: after launching GTM hubs in EMEA and APAC last year, we launched in Spain this year. You’ll partner closely with our regional sales leadership in Spain and gain broad exposure well beyond a single market.

Location: London, Remote or based in Spain.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the VP of International Marketing, develop and execute Cresta’s EMEA marketing strategy aligned to both regional pipeline and CARR goals and global marketing priorities
  • Translate global campaigns and product launches into effective regional execution plans
  • Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across field events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, and sponsorships
  • Partner closely with EMEA Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration
  • Act as the primary bridge between EMEA Sales and Global Marketing
  • Provide regional insights to inform global messaging, campaigns, and roadmap decisions
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue in alignment with global KPIs
  • Build the foundation for scaling the EMEA marketing team over time
  • Own and execute field marketing in Spain and across the region, including planning and running in-market events
  • Partner with our Director of Product Marketing on localization and content so that presentations and materials are accurate in local language
  • Build Cresta’s presence in local CX communities in Spain, the UK and beyond by organizing community events and securing speaking opportunities

Qualifications We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • Proven success leading EMEA or regional marketing programmes
  • Experience operating within a global marketing organisation
  • Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience
  • Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth
  • Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and AI AgentS
  • Experience in hyper-growth scale-ups
  • Marketing experience in the Spanish market
  • Fluency in Spanish

Perks & Benefits:

  • We offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life:
