What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and building production-grade RAG or LLM-based systems
• Strong software engineering background (must-have) with hands-on coding experience
• Experience architecting AI systems end-to-end (not just modeling or experimentation)
• Deep understanding of AI guardrails, prompt injection protection, hallucination control, and system-level governance
• Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, .NET)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience implementing validation layers, response verification, and controlled output mechanisms
• Ability to design systems that require high accuracy, traceability, and deterministic behaviors
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions
• Strong communication skills to interact with CTO, founders, and engineering teams
• Comfortable working in regulated or high-risk environments

Own the end-to-end architecture of a RAG-based AI platform designed for clinical research environments where accuracy, traceability, and control are non-negotiable.
