What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in software engineering, with strong backend Python expertise and at least 2 years building production LLM applications.
• TypeScript proficiency and familiarity with .NET / C# environments.
• Strong experience building AI-powered applications using Python, FastAPI or Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
• Proven production experience with RAG pipelines, structured information extraction, and agent-based workflows
• Experience working with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search, or equivalent experience with AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI
• Experience building and governing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, including hallucination control, prompt regression, latency, cost, and human-in-the-loop validation
• Experience building APIs and backend services that integrate with cloud and enterprise operational systems
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments
• Strong technical leadership and ability to drive delivery in client-facing consulting environments
• Ability to operate autonomously, guide architecture decisions, and proactively push technical direction forward.
• Advanced English level

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, from RAG pipelines and agent frameworks to production-ready backend services. Drive architecture, technical decisions, and AI governance in a fast-moving Microsoft AI environment.
