What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in cloud platform engineering, infrastructure, or platform operations
• Strong production experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments, including networking, IAM, security, and observability
• Experience designing observability systems across logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting workflows
• Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, CloudWatch, Datadog, Stackdriver, or equivalent platforms
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, preferably with Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps or equivalent CASB / shadow-IT tooling
• Experience implementing cloud cost management, financial operations practices, and license optimization strategies
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, or equivalent
• Ability to build executive-facing dashboards and communicate operational insights clearly to leadership teams
• Experience supporting production AI workloads, including monitoring, reliability, and operational governance
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to proactively improve operational maturity and governance practices
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to support documentation, issue reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
• Advanced English level

Own the operational backbone of an enterprise AI program, covering visibility, security, reliability, and cost governance across the full platform. Build the systems, controls, and observability layers that keep AI workloads secure, scalable, and production-ready.
