Administrative Assistant
Crestline Investors, Inc., founded in 1997 and based in Fort Worth, Texas, is an institutional alternative investment management firm. Crestline specializes in credit and opportunistic investments, including financing and restructuring solutions for mature private equity funds. In addition, the firm manages a multi-PM equity market-neutral hedge fund, and provides beta and hedging solutions for institutional clients. The company maintains affiliate offices in New York City, London, Toronto and Tokyo.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include acting as the Administrative Assistant for the broader Opportunistic Investment Team. The Administrative Assistant will work alongside the Team’s Executive Assistant while contributing to the daily operations and success of the group.
A successful candidate is motivated, resourceful and organized while possessing a positive, “no task is too small” attitude.
The position will be based at Crestline Investor's headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing calendar, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting planning
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications and manage documentation
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Preparing agendas and schedules for meetings
- Coordinating team events and meetings, including reservations, catering, etc.
- Processing expense reports
- Fulfilling printing, binding, and scanning requests
- Running errands as needed, including, but not limited to grabbing lunches
- Providing support for ad-hoc task requests and projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned along with any ad hoc requests
Qualifications:
- Two+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Must be discrete with the ability to maintain confidentiality
