Title: Cook
Job Duties: The Cook supports all dietary/culinary requirements in service of the dietary needs of our clients in recovery. They will be expected to participate in all appropriate mandatory in-service classes. They will follow work schedule as assigned by supervisor and perform other position-appropriate tasks as assigned. The Cook shall fulfill these responsibilities in a timely manner as to meet the daily mealtime service requirements.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is desired.
- Previous experience as an institutional cook/chef is desired. Other institutional food service experience is helpful.
- Understand the basic principles of all common facility therapeutic and texture-modified diets and properly serve foods designated for these diets.
- Experience in supervising food service staff is desired.

About the Campus: Our services at Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center help clients recover with enhanced resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.
Pay Range:
$21.50 - $21.50 USD
