Title: Lead Benefits Analyst
Role: The position provides supported leadership to the Corporate Benefits team and partners with the Benefits Manager and relevant stakeholders (such as HR, Payroll, Facility Payroll Support/BMOS, and benefit providers/vendors) to effectively administer Health & Welfare benefits and 401(k) plans. Assists with department projects and the implementation of new processes & SOPs. A lead role to ensure timely deliverables of the Corporate Benefits Team’s goals and seamless Health & Welfare benefits & 401(k) plan administration.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience effectively administering Health & Welfare benefits, retirement plans and insurance programs; including but not limited to both self-funded & fully insured medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Advanced technical aptitude with MS Suite.
- Experience with different types of benefit enrollment system, ADP WFN benefits enrollment application highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range:
$37 - $42 USD
